Our standard door hangers are 4 � x 11 with a � inch margin around the whole piece. If you request FULL BLEED/TRIM, we trim off the � inch margin, the image area remains the same. Most people leave the top 2 � inches blank, but you can put a solid color up there & we can knock the hole out of it.
